I am sitting in the playroom where I spent my childhood at my parents' house. Looking back, moving the desk right in front of the window was a good idea. The temperature is too high, and the room is too small for air to circulate. It is hot and exhausting. The open window helps a little. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself.
I am still in that phase where waking up in Germany feels surprisingly strange. My body got so used to the cool air in my air-conditioned Tokyo apartment. I'm happy to be here, mostly, but I still wonder how it's possible that last week, my life was still happening in Japan.
As I came back to reality, I started a new project at work, kicked off my new coaching program, and ran out of prewritten articles for The Bloom. It's as if a new era is beginning. But my brain feels both full and empty.
Nevertheless, I wanted to write to you. I wanted to say hello, tell you that I'm back home and doing fine, and ask how you are doing.
Writing is one of my favorite things to do. Although many people say you should only write about what you want, I like the idea of a few people enjoying my thoughts and words. If you have a minute, I would really appreciate it if you voted down below and/or sent me a short message about what you enjoyed reading most and what you hope to see more of.
In a way, a new era is starting, which means there's room for new ideas and maybe a new direction.
And one more short one, s’il vous plaît.
Thank you for reading The Bloom and for sharing your feedback, either through comments or in person. I am truly grateful for your support.
If you want to share your thoughts or talk, you can also send me an email.
Until next time!
